Yeah they do reuse the same assets for their animation, cheaper that way, since 3D animation is more expensive that 2D animations, which is why we see a lot of 10 minutes donghua as opposed to the normal 25 minutes

Expect to see more 3D donghua, since China is trying to be the leader in computing technology, AI, etc, and expect more trashy donghuas, this is mainly due to the fact that a lot of donghua are based on novels and there are a lot of novels out there that are trash (easy way to earn money is to be a web novelist) so 80% of the novels will have pretty much the same theme, story villains :)
